Job summary

Waaree Solar Americas in Brookshire, TX is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage pallet storage, and ensure accurate inventory from production to final shipping.

The role coordinates outbound shipments, loading activities, and documentation, maintains WMS/SAP records, tracks OTIF performance, and collaborates with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Customer Service to meet customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, logistics, business, or related field.
• Minimum two years of warehouse, logistics, inventory, or manufacturing experience.
• Previous warehouse supervisory or leadership experience required.
• Experience with finished goods, palletized inventory, shipping, staging, and loading operations.
• Experience with WMS, SAP, ERP, or similar inventory management systems.
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily Finished Goods warehouse operations and coordinates movement from production to storage and shipping.
• Assigns pallet storage locations and manages space utilization.
• Maximizes warehouse space through pallet placement and organization.
• Monitors pallet inventory, ageing, movement, and reconciliation in the WMS.
• Coordinates inspection and release activities with Quality and customer inspection teams.
• Plans outbound daily solar module shipments (FTL/LTL) and supervises loading per plans and safety rules.
• Maintains loading records including pallet counts, vehicle details, weight, and timestamps.
• Tracks OTIF performance and addresses delays with internal teams.
• Verifies shipping documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices, customs docs).
• Performs inventory cycle counts and reconciliations between physical, WMS, and SAP.
• Investigates discrepancies and implements corrective actions.
• Provides ongoing training to warehouse staff on FG processes and safety.
• Maintains accurate dispatch trackers, SLA logs, and MIS data.
