Job summary

PPG is seeking a Finished Goods Supervisor to lead planning and scheduling across the USCA Powder network. You will drive service excellence, optimize inventory, and partner with Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and Commercial teams to balance demand, capacity, and business priorities.

You will mentor planners and schedulers, own KPIs like OTIF and planning accuracy, and support IBP and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain/Engineering or related field.
• Five+ years in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or related leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finished Goods Planners and Schedulers.
• Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity and inventory strategy.
• Own Finished Goods inventory health and planning metrics.
• Drive schedule adherence and continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
