Job summary

PPG is seeking a Finished Goods Supervisor to lead planning, scheduling, and toll production across the USCA Powder network. You will manage a team, drive service and inventory optimization, and partner with Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and more to balance demand, capacity, and priorities.

The role emphasizes standardizing processes, developing future supply chain leaders, and contributing to strategic initiatives like IBP and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a bachelors in a related field and at least five years in supply chain planning or leadership.
• Experience leading projects, teams, or cross-functional initiatives is required.
• Strong grasp of manufacturing planning, inventory management, and ERP systems is essential.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Finished Goods Planners, Schedulers, and Toll Production Planners.
• Own Finished Goods planning, production scheduling, and toll production planning across the network.
• Balance customer demand with manufacturing capacity and inventory strategy.
• Drive schedule adherence and governance across operations and tolling.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve end-to-end supply chain performance.
