Job summary

PPG is seeking a Finished Goods Supervisor within the USCA Powder Supply Chain network to lead planning, scheduling, and toll production activities across multiple locations. The role emphasizes service, inventory optimization, and operational excellence while developing a high-performing team.

Based in Greensboro, the supervisor will coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, Demand Planning, and other functions to balance demand, capacity, and inventory goals, and will report to the USCA

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
• Minimum five years in supply chain planning or scheduling or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading projects, teams, or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing planning and inventory management.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Finished Goods Planners, Schedulers, and Toll Production Planners.
• Oversee Finished Goods planning, production scheduling, and toll production planning.
• Balance customer demand with capacity, inventory strategy, and business priorities.
• Drive schedule adherence and governance across operations.
• Lead continuous improvement and IBP-related initiatives.
