David Yurman, a premier American jewelry brand based in New York, seeks a Manager, Finished Goods Procurement to lead the procurement team and manage key supplier partnerships in support of demand-driven planning.

The role oversees strategic supplier relationships, including Candles and Timepieces, ensuring balance between demand, capacity, and product lifecycle needs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7++ years of experience within Product Development and/or Procurement.
• Ability to lead and develop a team through guidance, accountability, and delegated authority.
• Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, capacity planning, supply and demand planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficient in Excel and Oracle.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the Finished Goods Procurement team and establish priorities.
• Monitor team workload, capacity, supplier performance, delivery risks, and priorities.
• Provide high-level updates to Associate Director on performance, risks, and priorities.
• Act as primary Buyer and relationship owner for a key strategic supplier.
• Manage procurement of special product categories (Candles and Timepieces) and ensure capacity to meet demand.
• Oversee purchase order and supply alignment with demand and lifecycle changes.
• Support additional Finished Goods Procurement and Manufacturing Operations initiatives.
