Qualifications

• Strong understanding of procurement, supplier management, capacity planning, supply and demand planning, and manufacturing operations.
• Proficiency in Excel and Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and guidance to the Finished Goods Procurement team, establishing priorities and monitoring capacity and performance.
• Monitor workload, supplier capacity, utilization, and delivery risks; escalate when needed.
• Provide high-level updates to the Associate Director on performance and risks.
• Act as primary Buyer and relationship owner for a key strategic supplier.
