• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and communicate production schedules based on orders, capacity, inventory, and priorities.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Quality, Engineering, and Shipping to ensure materials and labor are available.
• Monitor progress and adjust schedules for changing requirements, shortages, or downtime.
• Prioritize and sequence work orders to maximize efficiency and meet delivery commitments.
• Serve as primary contact for customers regarding schedules, status, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze workflows and capacity to identify bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Maintain accurate planning data in ERP/MRP, including work orders and priorities.
• Track schedule attainment and escalate risks to delivery dates as needed.
• Participate in daily production meetings and communicate priorities and changes to stakeholders.
• Keep records of schedules, changes, and communications.
