• Experience with 3PL warehouses and multi-location shipment visibility.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for outbound transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outbound finished goods shipments from T1 facilities, including LTL and full truckload moves.
• Monitor and track outbound shipments from 3PL warehouses, ensuring alignment with load plans and customer requirements.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and warehouse partners to confirm delivery addresses and appointment times.
• Provide accurate, real-time ETA updates for outbound shipments.
• Ensure outbound transportation activity follows DOT regulations and company requirements.
• Collect, organize, and maintain shipment documentation for finished goods movements.
• Manage POD collection and ensure documentation is complete and stored.
• Validate shipment details across systems and partners for consistency.
