Job summary

Globus Medical is seeking an Inventory Associate to perform standard warehouse functions, including picking, bulk storage, and replenishment. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and the ability to work with RF scanners and MS Office tools.

You will support multiple departments and ensure proper FIFO handling of sterile products. The position requires a minimum one year in a finished goods warehouse, strong attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience working in a Finished Goods Warehouse environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and take initiative.
• Experience using Radio Frequency (RF) scanners helpful.
• Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and being a team player.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process all orders received on the same day for shipment.
• Bag and bulk store incoming inventory.
• Replenish items from a bulk to a picking location.
• Pick items and sets to fulfill customer and in-house departmental requests.
• Enter item data related to order transactions into the software system.
• Maintain the Finished Goods Warehouse in a clean and orderly manner.
• Perform Cycle Counts daily to verify accurate quantities and shelf life of sterile products.
• Maintain inventory items on a first-in/first-out basis.
• Identify, pick, and put away surgical sets.
• Support various departments as requested.
