Job summary

Globus Medical Inc. is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to maintain stock records, kit parts per work orders, and conduct routine inventory audits on the shop floor.

You will receive parts, assign ERP locations, and collaborate across departments to keep inventory accurate, identify non-moving items, and support continuous improvement while complying with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read part drawings.
• Self-starter with minimal supervision; well organized and able to multi-task.
• Team player with openness to new ideas and collaboration, motivated to learn.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Above average manual dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
• Strong computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Maintains release assembly work orders on the shop floor.
• Kits parts for assemblies based on work order needs.
• Conducts inventory audits on a scheduled basis.
• Maintains accurate inventory levels at the facility.
• Receives all parts, counts, and assigns locations in the ERP system.
• Identifies non-moving inventory and flags for action with supervisor.
• Reviews opportunities for continuous improvement related to safety, quality, delivery, productivity and introducing new technologies.
• Adheres to the Code of Conduct, AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and company policies.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the US and internationally.
• Represents the company professionally and upholds ethical business practices.
• Other duties as assigned.
