Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Finish Welder to join our skilled team. The ideal candidate will possess expert welding skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure the final quality of welded components meets our high standards. This role includes performing final welds on completed assemblies and ensuring all welds are clean, aesthetically pleasing, and structurally sound.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute final welding processes on assemblies, ensuring adherence to company standards and specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding plans to understand project requirements.
• Inspect completed welds and perform necessary finishing work, such as grinding, sanding, or polishing.
• Ensure the quality and strength of welds by conducting tests and inspections according to industry standards.
• Collaborate with fabricators and inspectors to resolve any discrepancies or issues found during the final inspection process.
• Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring all are in working order and comply with safety standards.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Document work completed, including any repairs or modifications made during the finishing process.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in welding is preferred.
• Proven experience as a finish welder or in a similar welding role.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality and aesthetics in finish work.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
