Job summary

Prime Craftsman Homes is seeking a Trim Carpenter to install interior and exterior finish components in modular home units within an indoor plant environment. You will ensure trim work meets quality standards, design specifications, and production timelines, contributing to a polished, move-in-ready product as part of a collaborative team.

The role requires prior construction or framing experience, basic math and measurement skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Prior construction or framing experience required.
• Preferred: High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Install interior trim components including baseboards, door and window casing and crown molding.
• Measure, cut, fit, and secure trim materials using hand and power tools.
• Perform finish work to meet appearance, fit, and quality standards.
• Read and follow work instructions, layouts, and basic blueprints.
• Coordinate work with framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing teams.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work area and follow safety standards.
• Meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
