Responsibilities

1. Read plans and specifications to determine materials required, dimensions, and installation processes.
2. Erect floors and wall frameworks (timber, metal, etc.), erect roofs, and suspended ceilings.
3. Install windows, doors, cabinetry, fixtures, and hardware.
4. Cut materials with hand and power tools, assemble, nail, cut, and shape items.
5. Construct formwork for concrete pouring.
6. Set out structures on the ground using string and pegs for excavation.
7. Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
8. Assist other workers with labor tasks, including lifting and working at heights.
9. Operate all hand tools efficiently.
10. Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by supervisor.

Physical and Safety Requirements

Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, grip, lift (up to 75+ lbs), and work in various weather conditions. Work boots, safety glasses, and hard hats are required at all times.
