Pay / Salaries
Salary: £7.20 – 9.00 per hour (Depending upon experience, and negotiable)
Work Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch and am/pm short breaks)
Benefits: Holiday: 28 Days
Bonuses: Daily Bonus scheme and group target monthly incentive scheme.

Reverie also carries out ‘sub contract’ or ‘build to print’ composite design, development and manufacturing for automotive Tier 1 / OEM and blue chip clients in many market sectors. Established in 2000, with year on year growth and recent investments in new machinery, facilities and staff to support, we now seek a Trainee Fitter/Polisher to support our Team.
Purpose:
To trim composite mouldings to scribe lines, correctly fit/bond all relevant fixings and finish and/or polish complex composite components to a high standard, prior to inspection.

Skills / Knowledge required:
Practical experience may be from a car body paint repair shop or college city and guilds tech/body repair course. Ability to read and write/understand English. Positive hard working ability and responsible/positive attitude to learn. Basic hand and eye skills and co-ordination. Good communication/listening skills. Accuracy with record keeping. Good time management and personal organisational skills. The ability to recognise when a problem should be escalated to management. A flexible approach to extended hours during busy periods.
