Qualifications

• Read, initial, and follow planners and work orders.
• Utilize various finishing methods including sanding, filing, and painting per specifications within the labor targets.
• Inspect or measure finished work pieces to determine conformance to specifications using instruments.
• Use various tools and machines including router, band and table saws, mill, and hand tools per specification.
• Use various measuring instruments such as gauges and micrometers.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual, and reliable attendance as set by the supervisor according to handbook guidelines consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
• Abide by all safety, quality, personnel, and other policies as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Finish parts per specification using finishing processes.
• Read and follow work orders and planners.
• Measure finished work pieces for conformance.
• Operate routers, band/table saws, mills and hand tools as required.
• Record time and complete paperwork as needed.
• Maintain 6S program and follow department procedures.
• Support team with additional duties when needed.
