Job summary

Prince Industries, Inc. is seeking a Parts Finisher in the United States to perform bench and line assembly tasks and operate an ultrasonic wash system for cleansed components.

Roles include loading/unloading, deburring, washing, inspection, and packaging of non-electronic parts with attention to safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, basic machine shop experience, and the ability to read, write, and speak English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; English fluency required.
• General labor experience in a machine shop preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Debur parts with deburring wheels, reamers, drills, sandpaper, scotchbrite, small files or pneumatic tools.
• Load and unload materials from washer to designated area.
• Immerse objects in washing solutions to remove debris.
• Wash parts in ultrasonic or solvent, dry and inspect.
• Measure and pour chemicals into wash water; set cycle controls.
• Inspect parts, some under a microscope.
• Install Heli-Coil where required.
• Assemble non-electronic parts and package goods.
• Complete paperwork related to job tasks.
• Operate a pallet jack and other moving equipment.
