Qualifications

• Experience sanding wood and painting using lacquer, urethane, and polyester finishes.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with ability to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision.
• Basic measuring and calculations using a tape measure and calculator.

Responsibilities

• Prepares product for finishing by sanding surfaces and quality checking for cracks or holes.
• Applies a variety of finishes to achieve high-end finished products.
• Sprays stain, finish, and mixes custom color.
• Handles multiple priorities with accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency.
• Performs touch-up repairs as necessary.
