Job summary

WoodPro Cabinetry in Cabool, MO is seeking motivated finish department team members. Experience is not required, as we will teach you the finish process to achieve high-quality results on each cabinet and door.

We value a positive attitude, teamwork, and dependability. The role involves standing, lifting up to 50lbs, and following safety precautions in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Experience is not necessary; training will be provided.
• Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sanding cabinets with a pneumatic sander.
• Sanding cabinets/doors by hand with a sanding block.
• Applying putty or filler to fill nail holes and defects.
• Staining cabinets/doors with a stain sponge.
• Spraying finish on cabinets/doors using a respirator.
• Vacuuming and wiping cabinets clean.
• Performing other duties as needed.

Purpose of Position:

We are currently looking for motivated team members to work in our finish department. We believe that an excellent, high quality finish sets our cabinets apart. The way our cabinets feel is crucial to us and to our customers. As a finish team member, your purpose is to help create a remarkable feel and finish on every cabinet, for every customer.

Job Duties:

(Experience is not necessary. We will teach you.)

• Sanding cabinets with an pneumatic sander
• Sanding cabinets/doors finish by hand with sanding block
• Applying putty/filler to fill nail holes and defects
• Staining cabinets/doors with stain sponge
  
• Spraying finish on cabinets/doors (Requires wearing an approved Respirator)
• Vacuuming/wiping cabinets clean
• Various other duties as needed

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

• Monday - Friday - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. When we are on overtime hours, we work until 4:30 pm
  • Full-TimeScheduled 40-45 Hours/weekly
