## Description**Summary Job Description**This position is responsible for the overall finishing operation of furniture, including repair, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding and distressing.**Essential Duties*** Responsible for repairs to major finishing defects for high end quality furniture.* Must be skilled in all facets of the wood finishing process including repair, burn-ins, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding, and destressing.* Responsible for keeping up with inventory and ordering materials from Mohawk.* Must follow all safety policies and procedures.* All other duties as assigned.## Qualifications**Position Requirements*** High school diploma or GED preferred* Must have 1 year of experience in finish repair of high quality casegoods furniture**Physical Requirements**The physical demands and work environment expectations described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
