Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a finish repair technician to oversee the finishing operation of high end furniture, including repair, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding and distressing. This role emphasizes quality and safety.

You will repair major defects, manage inventory with Mohawk, maintain finishing tools, and follow all safety policies. Standing, lifting and repetitive motions are required, with up to 100 lbs occasionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year experience in finish repair of high quality casegoods furniture.
• Must be able to stand, lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, and handle repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for repairs to major finishing defects for high end quality furniture.
• Skilled in wood finishing process including repair, burn-ins, spraying, detailing, highlighting, sanding, and destressing.
• Responsible for keeping up with inventory and ordering materials from Mohawk.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• All other duties as assigned.
