We would like for you to be part of our family tradition we are currently looking for a finishing wood repair master.* Finish Wood Repair* We are a one-hundred-year-old family of skilled artisans handcrafting quality furniture at an exceptional value. Utilizing techniques that have been passed down since 1921, we execute masterful craftsmanship with a focus on quality, comfort, and design on each piece. We would like for you to be part of our family tradition we are currently looking for a finishing wood repair master.* Naturally Restore Wood. Naturally Stain & Darken as needed. Repair Minor Nicks & Scratches.* Repair Major Damage, return to Underlying Wood and refinish wood* Ability to multitask and work quickly.* Must handle the weight of 25 lbs. occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling 25 to 70 lbs.* Perform additional functions as requested by management* Other duties as assigned* Requirements:* Wood repair experience 1 year or more* Effective communication skills, both oral and written* Excellent interpersonal skills - Ability to interface effectively at all levels of the organization.* Quality: demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.* Safety and security: actively promote and personally observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly.* Performs work assignments with minimum direction from the supervisor.* Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.## QualificationsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:* Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions, if applicable.* Environmental elements throughout plant areas.* The employee may be exposed to high noise environments.* Fairfield Chair s is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer.
