Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced training preferred
• 1 year of experience in a Production Lead/Supervisor or similar role
• Ability to work with a diverse group of team members
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
• Reliable attendance and transportation; ability to work up to 6 days a week
• Willingness to work day and evening shifts
• Background check satisfactory for the position
