Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in plumbing inside sales, estimating, or a related role (finish plumbing experience preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage complex projects.
• Proactive mindset: thrive with minimal guidance, handle uncertainty, and take initiative.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, computer-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and customer bid requests to prepare accurate plumbing estimates.
• Enter and manage quotes in PACE Supply's operating system.
• Maintain job folders, Smartsheets quote logs, and related documentation.
• Solicit quotes from vendors/representatives, secure price protections, and verify accuracy.
• Communicate proactively with customers and deliver bids at least 48 hours before due dates.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Project Managers, and adjacent divisions for pricing and updates.
• Ensure seamless internal/external communication with a focus on detail and timeliness.
