Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a Finish Mill Maintenance Superintendent to lead maintenance activities in the Finish Mill area and ensure safe, reliable plant operation. You will plan preventive and corrective maintenance, coordinate with contractors, and drive cost-effective maintenance programs.

The role requires 3–5 years in cement maintenance, supervisory experience, and the ability to work extended hours while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of cement production maintenance experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends (On Call).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and contractors in the Finish Mill area.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Update maintenance records and cost data in Work Orders and systems.
• Manage spare parts and materials costs.
