Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience finishing/grinding in manufacturing or metalworking.
• Strong understanding of abrasives and surface finish requirements.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good attention to detail and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Operate disc and belt grinders to remove material and meet dimensional requirements.
• Prepare surfaces for painting by grinding and smoothing parts to proper finish levels.
• Evaluate ground surfaces to ensure they meet finish standards.
• Repair weld joints to improve appearance and functionality.
• Maintain safety and quality standards throughout the process.
