Responsibilities include reading grading plans, coordinating with survey crews and engineers, and maintaining safety while working extended hours or weekends as needed. The role suits independent workers who also thrive in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years dozer operation with finish grading exposure (Operator 1).
• 5+ years with finish grading to tight tolerances (Operator 2).
• 10+ years with GPS/laser grade control experience (Operator 3).

Responsibilities

• Operate a dozer with GPS/laser grade control for final grading to spec elevations.
• Read grading plans, stakes, and grade data to achieve accurate finished grades.
• Coordinate with survey crews and project engineers to verify tolerances.
• Work with safety programs and endure extended hours when needed.
