Forgen is hiring a Dozer Operator for finish grading in Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Hubbard, TX. Per diem is included. You will operate GPS/laser-controlled dozers to achieve precise grades, read plans, and coordinate with survey crews to verify elevations. Strong safety focus and ability to work extended hours are required.

The role supports complex earthwork projects across North America, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project specs and schedules.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Operator 1: 2+ years of dozer operation experience with finish grading.
Operator 2: 5+ years of dozer operation with finish grading to tight tolerances.
Operator 3: 10+ years of dozer operation with advanced finish grading and GPS/laser grade control.

Responsibilities

Operate a dozer with GPS/laser grade control to finish grade earthwork surfaces to specified elevations and tolerances.
Read and interpret grading plans, survey stakes, cut/fill sheets, and grade data.
Coordinate with survey crews and project engineers to verify grade elevations and tolerances.
Work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
Maintain safety and housekeeping on site, and comply with SDS and safety plans.
