Tournesol Siteworks in Port Orchard, WA is seeking a Finish Fabrication Production Lead to supervise a 5–8 person team on the on-site production floor.

You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality standards while coordinating grinding, prep, and powder operations, and supporting CAD-driven custom projects. The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience reading CAD drawings and production schedules.
• Ability to read a tape measure and basic measuring tools.
• Experience operating forklift, pallet jacks and jib cranes.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Attention to quality, safety, and productivity.
• Reliable attendance and communication with supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production activities for a 5–8 person team.
• Ensure safety, schedule, and productivity targets are met.
• Maintain visual production boards and track hourly targets.
• Balance workload based on priorities and resources.
• Read and interpret production schedules, work orders, drawings, and applicable work instructions.
• Support material flow through grinding, prep, and powder departments.
• Identify and address production obstacles and quality concerns.
• Coach team members and support cross-training.
• Maintain records and complete inventory paperwork.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow safety regulations.
