PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking an experienced Finish Concrete Carpenter for a commercial/civil project in Mount Pleasant, SC. Immediate start on an active site requires strong finish carpentry and formwork skills for outdoor work with safety as a priority.

The role involves constructing and stripping forms, setting and aligning formwork, assisting with concrete placement, reading drawings, and collaborating with site supervisors and other trades.

Qualifications

• Proven finish concrete carpentry experience required.
• Experience with commercial and/or civil concrete construction preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools related to concrete form carpentry.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and environments.

Responsibilities

• Construct, set, align, and strip concrete forms for commercial or civil projects.
• Measure, cut, and assemble formwork according to specifications.
• Install and maintain forms, supports, and bracing systems.
• Assist with concrete placement and finishing activities as required.
• Verify layouts, elevations, and dimensions for accuracy.
• Follow jobsite safety requirements and project procedures.
• Collaborate with project supervisors and other trades on-site.
