Team 2020 seeks an Installed Services Technician to support our residential builds in Western North Carolina. You will perform high-quality finish carpentry, install hardware, and handle general handyman duties on active job sites.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year field construction experience, strong hands-on skills, and the ability to safely operate power tools while staying aligned with OSHA guidelines. This role supports our team with logistics and on-site problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year field construction experience.
• Strong finish carpentry and handyman skills.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality finish carpentry, hardware installation, and handyman repairs on active jobsites.
• Safely load, haul, and maneuver trailers with tools and materials.
• Inspect work by trades to verify alignment with quality standards before sign-off.
• Document tasks, daily progress, and material usage in project software.
• Coordinate daily job assignments and material needs with the Senior Installed Services Technician.
