Job summary

Triangle Services LLC in North Carolina is seeking a reliable Field Technician to perform residential carpentry repairs, deck and railing work, door installations, and minor woodworking. You will ensure safety, quality, and timely completion while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners and property managers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on construction knowledge, 3+ years in deck repairs and related tasks, plus the ability to work independently with a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of construction, maintenance, and home improvement concepts.
• 3+ years of deck repairs, trim installation, door replacements, flooring repairs.
• 2+ years of drywall and painting (repair damaged drywall, replace small/medium size drywall sections, interior and exterior painting).
• Nice to have: Minor plumbing (faucet installation, drain cleaning, toilet replacement) and Minor electrical (light fixture installation, light bulb replacement).

Full Job Description

As a Field Technician at Triangle Services LLC, you will be responsible for addressing residential carpentry repair requests, deck and railings repairs, doors and windows installations and minor woodworking and general repairs. You will ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and residents

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1.Ensure work completed safely and on time.

2. Ensure clients receive excellent quality of work and customer service.

The ideal candidate should possess these key Characteristics:

Skills & Experience:

• Nice to have: Minor plumbing (faucet installation, drain cleaning, toilet replacement) and Minor electrical (light fixture installation, light bulb replacement).

Requirements:

• Own reliable transportation (truck or van).

• Own a standard set of tools.

• Have a valid Driver's License and good driving record.

• Pass a criminal background check.

• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lb
