You will perform high-quality punch-list work, framing, and finishing tasks to keep residential builds moving forward. You are the hands-on fixer who handles site adjustments and handyman work to uphold exacting standards.

Expect a role with safety training, daily task logging, and collaboration with the Senior Installed Services Technician to meet deadlines and quality metrics.

Qualifications

• One year minimum field experience in construction or related trades.
• Mid-level to proficient in hands-on trades and problem solving.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform finish carpentry, hardware installation, and basic handyman repairs across active job sites.
• Safely load, haul, and maneuver trailers and materials to designated sites.
• Inspect contractor work and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Document tasks and daily progress in project management tools.
