Qualifications

• Experience in residential trim carpentry and general construction.
• Ability to read construction plans and drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power woodworking tools.
• Familiarity with woodworking machines for precision fabrication.
• Experience with estimating material needs and timelines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for power tools.
• Ability to lift heavy and work at heights.
• Basic understanding of related trades (electrical/plumbing) a plus.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans to ensure precise trim installation.
• Measure, cut, shape, and install wood/composite materials.
• Operate power tools safely (drills, sanders, nail guns, routers).
• Install baseboards, crown molding, window and door casings, wainscoting, and millwork.
• Coordinate with project managers and trades for timely completion.
• Maintain clean work environment and safety compliance.
• Assist with framing, siding, door hanging, cabinet install, and minor repairs.
