Millworks By Design in the Greater Los Angeles Region seeks skilled Finish Carpenters to join our team. You’ll contribute to high‑end residential and commercial millwork projects, read shop drawings, measure, cut, and install finish materials with precision, and protect finished surfaces while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

You’ll collaborate with Superintendents, Foremen, and craftsmen to keep schedules on track.

Qualifications

• Experience executing finish carpentry and millwork on residential/commercial projects.
• Ability to read project drawings and specifications with precision.
• Strong hand–eye coordination and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Execute high‑quality finish carpentry and millwork installation.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and specs for precise work.
• Measure, cut, fit and install finish materials with craftsmanship.
