Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on residential carpentry.
• Strong finish carpentry skills with doors/trim.
• Ability to produce accurate estimates and present them in home.
• Your own carpenter tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Comfortable with mobile job documentation.

Responsibilities

• Finish carpentry: interior and exterior trim, casing, base, crown, and fit-up.
• Doors, hardware, locks, closers, and adjustments.
• Shelving, built-ins, and punch-list carpentry.
• Drywall repair and texture matching on related openings.
• Light exterior carpentry: soffit, fascia, siding repairs, fence board repairs.
• Support work with painting touch-ups, caulking, fixtures installs.
• Walk the job with client, write a clear estimate, complete work with minimal disruption.
• Document photos and notes on an iPad/mobile device.
• Leave a clean, safe job site and communicate professionally with client.
