You will handle a diverse range of residential repairs, maintenance, and light remodeling, focusing on hands-on craft rather than pursuing leads or scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working professionally as a carpenter, craftsman, or handyman.
• Strong practical knowledge in multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, and basic plumbing or electrical.
• Ownership of a standard set of professional hand and power tools.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication skills and a polite, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide variety of residential repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile installation, and flooring projects.
• Handle basic, non-licensed plumbing and electrical tasks, such as replacing fixtures or repairing minor leaks.
• Install doors, trim, cabinets, shelving, and other finish carpentry items.
• Troubleshoot repair issues on-site and determine the most effective solutions.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners throughout each project.
• Document completed work and manage materials using company-provided tools.
