Millworks By Design is seeking skilled finish carpenters to join our team in the Greater Los Angeles region. You will contribute to high-end architectural millwork and finish carpentry on residential and commercial projects, reading shop drawings and ensuring precise installations.

Qualifications

• Experience in finish carpentry and millwork installation.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality finish carpentry and custom millwork installation including cabinetry, paneling, ceilings, doors, trim, baseboards, crown molding and finishes.
• Read and interpret shop drawings and project specifications for precise installation.
• Measure, cut, fit and install finish materials with meticulous craftsmanship.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while protecting finished surfaces.
• Collaborate with project managers and foremen to ensure schedule adherence.
• Inspect finished work for accuracy and address punch list items promptly.
