Kitchen Tune-Up is hiring a Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter to join our team in the Bloomfield area. You will install and modify cabinets, work with trim carpentry, and ensure precise measurements and high-quality finishes. The role requires punctuality, clear communication, and the ability to work in clients' homes.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in Trim Carpentry.
• Prior experience in Cabinet Refacing preferred.
• Experience in Carpentry & General Construction (Dry Wall, Tiling, Painting, flooring etc.).
• Able to install new cabinets and modify existing cabinets when required.
• Proficient in measuring and recording cabinet dimensions.
• Stellar work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely operate power hand tools listed above.
• Able to install end panels, crown molding, cabinet doors and drawers.
• Punctual, good communicator, and daily clean-up.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to the jobsite on time.
• Follow instructions given by project manager.
• Follow Trustpoints on every job.
• Keep work area clean and orderly during the installation project and clean up daily.
• Communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Work quickly and efficiently (clients do not want us in their home any longer than needed).
• Be respectful of the fact that you are working in our clients personal homes and conduct yourself professionally.
