Job summary

Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter / Cabinet Installer to join our team on custom residential projects in Bucks County, PA.

The ideal candidate excels in high-end finish work, cabinet installation, and millwork with meticulous attention to detail. You will install cabinetry, doors, trim, and other finished architectural details, read plans, and coordinate with project teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional carpentry experience, preferably in finish carpentry or custom residential construction.
• Experience installing cabinets, trim, doors, and millwork.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Ability to accurately measure, cut, fit, and install finished materials.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Install kitchen, bathroom, and custom cabinetry.
• Perform interior and exterior finish carpentry.
• Install doors, windows, baseboards, casing, crown molding and trim.
• Complete punch-list and detail work to a high standard.
• Make field adjustments for proper fit and finish.
• Read and interpret construction plans and measurements.
• Work safely and maintain clean, organized job sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, carpenters, subcontractors, vendors, and homeowners.
• Assist with other carpentry tasks as needed.

Pay:$25-$38+ per hour, based on experience and skill level

Total Compensation OTE:$70,000-$85,000/year

Worthington & Shagen Custom Builder, Inc. is seeking an experiencedFinish Carpenter / Cabinet Installerto join our team serving custom residential projects throughout Bucks County.

This position is specifically geared toward a carpenter who takes pride in detailed, high-quality finish work. While our team handles a variety of carpentry needs, we are especially interested in candidates with hands-on experience installingcabinetry, doors, trim, millwork, and other finished architectural details.

Key Responsibilities

• Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt to different projects and assist with other carpentry work as needed.
• Valid driver's license required.

Experience working incustom homes, residential remodeling, or high-end residential constructionis strongly preferred.

Pay and Benefits

• Full-time, W-2 employment
• $25-$38+ per hour, based on experience and skills
