Job summary

Stone Creek Design Build is seeking a full-time Carpenter to handle residential remodeling and new construction tasks. You will perform demolition, framing, trim carpentry, painting, and install doors and cabinetry, while coordinating with project managers and maintaining clear communication with homeowners throughout each project.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of finish carpentry, blueprints literacy, and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• 5+ years minimum proven finish carpentry experience.
• Knowledge of general residential / commercial construction.
• Hard work ethic and ability to work independently when required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to schedule and complete work in a timely manner; read blueprints.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation to shop/office.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.
• Willing to use company tablet for construction software and coordinate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Perform demolition, framing, trim carpentry, painting, and install doors/cabinets.
• Work closely with project managers and communicate with homeowners.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, or tile work as needed.
• Deliver high-quality craftsmanship, ensure projects stay on schedule and budget.
