Job Duties

1. Operate equipment safely and efficiently under various weather conditions, exposed to dampness, fumes, dust, electrical, mechanical, and traffic hazards.
2. Skillfully operate heavy construction equipment such as scrapers, graders, trenchers, rock cutters, loaders, rollers, bulldozers, and others, following traffic laws and safety regulations.
3. Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including cleaning and ensuring operability.
4. Communicate with foreman and coworkers regarding daily job specifications.
5. Operate powered machinery like jackhammers, tampers, and similar equipment.
6. Adapt to job modifications and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
7. Use hand tools such as rakes and shovels.
8. Work in various positions including standing, stooping, and bending throughout the day.
9. Perform general labor duties as needed.

Requirements

1. Experience with heavy equipment operation.
2. Punctuality, strong work ethic, and good attendance.

4. Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
