Qualifications

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Complete required crane and PIT/tugger inspections.
• Inspect the work area and report hazards.
• Maintain clean work area; remove wire, trash, dust, and liquids.
• Handle spools and bobbins properly.
• Report injuries immediately.
• Set up and replace 1T plated wire bobbins.
• Perform light maintenance and die changes.

Responsibilities

• Follow posted job priorities and Supervisor instructions.
• Maintain proper machine setup, wire flow, and color.
• Communicate material needs to the Supervisor.
• Prepare labels and required documentation.
• Check and label complete Fine Wire bobbins.
• Complete a minimum of 10 full die changes per month.
