Job summary

You will operate continuous wire drawing machinery, set up dies, and ensure the wire meets specified diameter, finish, and length while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities include threading rod through dies, winding wire onto bobbins, inspecting output with a micrometer, and keeping lubrication and coolant flows proper to sustain

Qualifications

• Experience operating continuous wire drawing equipment.
• Ability to set up dies and adjust for correct wire diameter.
• Willingness to perform routine quality checks and lubrication tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up dies and adjust machine for target wire diameter.
• Thread rod through dies and operate the machine to draw and wind wire.
• Monitor quality and measure finished wire with micrometer.
• Maintain lubrication and coolant flow and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure proper tagging and storage of produced bobbins.
