Macy's is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to provide exceptional service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will use your expertise to help customers select pieces that celebrate life’s moments with elegance and care.

You’ll build lasting client relationships through consultative selling, loyalty programs, and superb hospitality while promoting events and maintaining an immaculate, shoppable space. This is a full-time position with weekend shifts.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of related experience required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and effectively educate customers.
