Macy's, Inc. is seeking a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver exceptional customer service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate clients on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, building lasting relationships through consultative selling and clienteling.

You will promote loyalty programs, support inventory and special events, and ensure secure, accurate presentation of merchandise while meeting daily sales targets.
