Macy's seeks a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague to deliver outstanding service in our Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex. You will educate customers on precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands, build lasting client relationships, and participate in loyalty program initiatives.

You will also support inventory, events and consistent presentation of merchandise while helping the team reach sales goals with exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience required.
• Provide product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales and client loyalty through organized, shoppable space and clienteling tools.
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs; support inventory, fulfillment and events.
• Ensure security, accuracy and presentation of merchandise; assist team to meet goals.
