Fred Meyer Jewelers is seeking sales professionals who are welcoming and customer-focused to deliver a memorable fine jewelry experience. You will engage customers, meet personal sales targets, and promote events while maintaining high standards of service and store appearance.

Responsibilities include using POS for payments, advising on jewelry quality and setting, attending monthly meetings, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Sales, retail or jewelry experience required.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Age 18+ and ability to pass a drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior; deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit/ protection plan attachment rates.
• Promote Diamond Parties and store events with every customer.
• Work with teammates toward store goals and a positive atmosphere.
• Engage in clienteling to build lifetime customer relationships.
• Provide product knowledge and advise on quality, cuts and settings.
• Attend monthly meetings and operate POS for payments.
• Inspect and clean jewelry and provide repair estimates.
• Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments.
• Display merchandise per corporate plans and follow LP policies.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety; participate in inventory and case counts.
• Remain flexible to work any shift, including weekends and holidays.
