Responsibilities

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service
• Achieve personal sales targets and credit/plan attachment goals
• Promote events and special occasions with customers
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and foster a positive environment
• Engage customers to build emotional connections and clienteling
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select jewelry items
• Advise on quality, cuts and value of jewelry and gems
• Assist with merchandise presentation and store procedures
• Perform basic housekeeping and store maintenance
• Ensure safety and security per Loss Prevention policies
• Participate in inventory, counts, and case closure
• Maintain flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
