• Promote Diamond Parties and events with customers.
• Collaborate with team to meet store goals and foster a positive atmosphere.
• Build relationships with customers through clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and benefits when presenting merchandise.
• Advise on quality, cuts, and value of jewelry and gems.
• Operate POS and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Inspect and clean jewelry and provide repair estimates.
• Follow receiving, processing and merchandising procedures.
• Attend monthly meetings and maintain store safety.
• Participate in inventory and case counts, flexible to shifts.
