Fred Meyer Jewelers at Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a friendly and driven jewelry sales professional to deliver a memorable, high-quality shopping experience. You will help customers with product knowledge, demonstrate Diamond Parties, and work with the team to hit sales targets.

You will handle POS transactions, assist with repairs, and maintain store presentation while upholding our core values of respect and integrity. Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Sales, retail and/or jewelry experience.
• Commitment to excellence and customer service.
• Ability to achieve personal sales targets.

Responsabilités

• Model Customer 1st behavior and deliver excellent customer service.
• Achieve personal sales targets (credit applications, protection plan attachment).
• Promote Diamond Parties and special events with customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet store goals and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Foster relationships with customers through clienteling.
• Provide product knowledge and help customers select mounts/settings.
• Advise on quality, cuts, and value of jewelry and gems.
• Operate POS and process payments or credit authorizations.
• Inspect and clean jewelry; provide estimates for repairs.
• Perform watch battery replacements and band adjustments.
• Display merchandise and promotional materials per merchandising plans.
• Attend monthly meetings and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain safe, clean, and secure store environment and participate in inventory.
